An easy and delicious corn cake you can whip up in no time, perfect with coffee or tea.


📋Ingredients:

  • 🥚 3 eggs
  • 🥛 1 can of condensed milk
  • 🌽 1 can of corn (drained) or cooked corn kernels
  • 🍚 1 cup of flour
  • 🧈 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 🥄 1 tablespoon of baking powder

📝Instructions:

1️⃣ Blend the Ingredients:

  • Add the eggs, condensed milk, corn, flour, margarine, and baking powder to a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth. If it sticks to the sides, use a spoon to scrape it down and continue blending.

2️⃣ Prepare the Pan:

  • Grease a baking pan with butter and dust it with flour to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

3️⃣ Bake:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center—if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

4️⃣ Cool and Serve:

  • Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.
  • Slice and enjoy this moist and flavorful corn cake!
