Torrejitas de Atún: Una delicia fácil y rápida

Ingredientes:
1 lata de atún (o atún fresco desmenuzado)
1/2 cebolla roja, finamente picada
1 ramita de cebolla china (cebollín), picada
1 tomate (pelado y sin semillas), picado
2 huevos
Un poco de culantro o perejil fresco, picado
2 cucharadas de avena
Ajo en polvo al gusto
Pimienta y sal al gusto
Instrucciones:

- En un bol, mezcla el atún desmenuzado con la cebolla roja, la cebolla china y el tomate picado.
- Incorpora los huevos, el culantro o perejil, la avena, el ajo en polvo, la pimienta y la sal. Remueve hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
- Calienta una sartén con un chorrito de aceite a fuego medio.
- Vierte porciones de la mezcla con ayuda de una cuchara para formar pequeñas tortitas.
- Cocina las torrejitas por ambos lados hasta que estén doradas y crujientes.
