Omelette de espinacas: un desayuno saludable y delicioso 🌿🍳

Este omelette es ideal para comenzar el día con energía. Con ingredientes simples y un toque de queso derretido, es perfecto para cualquier momento.


📋Ingredientes:

  • 🥚 2 huevos
  • 🧄 1 diente de ajo, picado
  • 🧂 Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 🥬 1 taza de espinacas frescas (o congeladas bien escurridas)
  • 🥄 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva o mantequilla
  • 🧀 1/4 de taza de queso rallado (mozzarella, cheddar o queso fresco)
  • 🥛 1 cucharada de leche (opcional, para una textura más suave)

📝Instrucciones:

1️⃣ Prepara las espinacas:

  • Si son frescas, enjuágalas y sécalas bien. Si son congeladas, descongélalas completamente y elimina el exceso de agua.

2️⃣ Saltea las espinacas:

  • En una sartén, calienta el aceite o mantequilla a fuego medio.
  • Agrega el ajo picado y sofríe hasta que desprenda su aroma (1 minuto).
  • Añade las espinacas, cocinándolas hasta que se ablanden (2-3 minutos).
  • Sazona con sal y pimienta, retira del fuego y reserva.

3️⃣ Prepara los huevos:

  • En un tazón, bate los huevos con sal, pimienta y la leche si decides usarla, hasta que la mezcla esté ligeramente espumosa.

4️⃣ Cocina el omelette:

  • En la misma sartén, añade un poco más de aceite o mantequilla si es necesario.
  • Vierte los huevos batidos y cocina a fuego medio-bajo sin mover durante 2-3 minutos, hasta que los bordes cuajen.

5️⃣ Añade el relleno:

  • Coloca las espinacas salteadas y el queso rallado en una mitad del omelette.
  • Con una espátula, dobla la otra mitad sobre el relleno.

6️⃣ Cocina y sirve:

  • Cocina un minuto más hasta que el queso se derrita.
  • Retira del fuego y sirve caliente.
