PAN DE ELOTE EN LICUADORA 🌽😋

Un pan de elote fácil y delicioso que no necesita batidora. Ideal para acompañar tu café o té.


📋Ingredientes:

  • 🥚 3 huevos
  • 🥛 1 lata de leche condensada
  • 🌽 1 lata de maíz sin agua (o granos de elote cocidos)
  • 🍚 1 taza de harina
  • 🧈 1 cucharada de margarina
  • 🥄 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear

📝Preparación:

1️⃣ Licúa los Ingredientes:

  • Coloca los huevos, leche condensada, maíz, harina, margarina, y polvo para hornear en la licuadora.
  • Licúa hasta obtener una mezcla uniforme. Si se pega a los lados, usa una cuchara para desprender la masa y sigue batiendo.

2️⃣ Prepara el Molde:

  • Engrasa un molde con mantequilla y espolvorea harina para evitar que el pan se pegue.
  • Vierte la mezcla en el molde, nivelándola con una espátula.

3️⃣ Hornea:

  • Precalienta el horno a 180 °C (350 °F).
  • Hornea durante 45 a 60 minutos. Haz la prueba del palillo: si sale limpio, tu pan está listo.

4️⃣ Enfría y Sirve:

  • Deja enfriar el pan antes de desmoldar.
  • Sirve y disfruta este postre suave y delicioso.

  • Agrega un toque de canela o vainilla para un sabor extra.
  • Decora con azúcar glass o acompaña con una taza de café. ☕
