  • 100 g de nueces
  • 100 g de avellanas

📝Instrucciones:

1️⃣ Hidratar las Frutas Secas:

  • Coloca los albaricoques secos, los dátiles y los arándanos en un recipiente con el agua fría. Déjalos reposar durante 10 minutos para que se suavicen.

2️⃣ Preparar la Mezcla Base:

  • En un procesador de alimentos, combina el requesón, la nata agria y la miel. Procesa hasta obtener una mezcla suave y cremosa.

3️⃣ Añadir los Ingredientes Secos:
