Ingredientes:
- 2 cucharaditas de levadura seca (10 g)
- 2 cucharaditas de azúcar (10 g)
- 2/3 taza de agua tibia (165 ml)
- 2/3 taza de leche tibia (165 ml)
- 500 g de harina (3 tazas colmadas), tamizada
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal o de oliva

Preparación:
- Activa la levadura: En un tazón, mezcla la levadura con el azúcar y el agua tibia. Deja reposar por 5-10 minutos hasta que esté espumosa.
- Forma la masa: En un tazón grande, combina la harina y la sal. Añade la mezcla de levadura, la leche tibia y el aceite. Amasa hasta obtener una masa suave y elástica (unos 8-10 minutos).
- Deja reposar: Cubre la masa con un paño limpio y déjala reposar en un lugar cálido hasta que doble su tamaño (1-1.5 horas).
- Divide y estira: Divide la masa en porciones (6-8 dependiendo del tamaño que prefieras). Forma bolas y aplánalas ligeramente con las manos o un rodillo para obtener discos de 1 cm de grosor.
- Cocina: Calienta una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio. Cocina cada disco por 2-3 minutos de cada lado, hasta que se inflen ligeramente y estén dorados.
- Sirve: Disfruta tu bazlama caliente, acompañado de queso, mantequilla, o incluso como base para wraps.
