Ingredientes:

  • 2 cabezas de coliflor
  • 1 cucharadita de sal kosher
  • 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra

  • 1/4 cucharadita de pimentón dulce o ahumado (opcional)

Instrucciones:

  • Corta la coliflor en filetes gruesos de aproximadamente 2 cm (1 pulgada) de grosor.
