Receta de Smoothie de Aguacate 😋🥑

Ingredientes:

  • 1 aguacate maduro
  • 1 plátano
  • 1 taza de espinacas o col rizada
  • 1 taza de leche de almendras (o cualquier leche de tu preferencia)
  • 1 cucharada de miel o jarabe de arce
  • Cubos de hielo

Instrucciones:

  1. Pela y corta el aguacate y el plátano.
  2. Coloca el aguacate, plátano, espinacas o col rizada, leche de almendras y miel o jarabe de arce (si lo usas) en una licuadora.
  3. Licúa hasta obtener una mezcla suave y cremosa. Si el smoothie está demasiado espeso, agrega más leche de almendras hasta alcanzar la consistencia deseada.
  4. Añade cubos de hielo si prefieres un smoothie más frío, y licúa nuevamente hasta que el hielo esté triturado y bien mezclado.
  5. Vierte en vasos y disfruta de tu smoothie nutritivo de aguacate.
