- 1 aguacate maduro
- 1 plátano
- 1 taza de espinacas o col rizada

- Cubos de hielo

Instrucciones:
- Pela y corta el aguacate y el plátano.

- Licúa hasta obtener una mezcla suave y cremosa. Si el smoothie está demasiado espeso, agrega más leche de almendras hasta alcanzar la consistencia deseada.
- Añade cubos de hielo si prefieres un smoothie más frío, y licúa nuevamente hasta que el hielo esté triturado y bien mezclado.
