Ingredientes

Frutas y cremosidad

  • 🍌 1 plátano maduro
  • 🥑 1/2 aguacate maduro

Base líquida

  • 🥛 1 taza de leche de almendras

Dulzura natural

  • 🍯 1 cucharada de miel

Toque de frutos secos

  • 🌰 1/4 de taza de almendras crudas (o 2 cucharadas de mantequilla de almendras)

Preparación
