Ingredientes:
- 3 huevos (separar claras y yemas)
- 2 filetes de pollo, cortados en tiras
- 2 dientes de ajo, picados

Preparación:

- Calienta el aceite: Vierte suficiente aceite en una sartén y caliéntalo a fuego medio.
- Reboza y cocina: Pasa las tiras de pollo marinadas por las claras batidas, cubriéndolas completamente, y luego fríelas en el aceite caliente hasta que estén doradas y crujientes.
