  • 250g (9 oz) of cooked ham (thinly sliced)
  • 200g (7 oz) shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce or finely chopped parsley (optional for freshness)

For the creamy spread:

  • 200g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For decoration:

  • 6-8 extra slices of ham (to make roses)
  • Fresh parsley or herbs for garnish

Instructions:
