- 200g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For decoration:
- 6-8 extra slices of ham (to make roses)

Instructions:
- Prepare the spread:
