  • Un puñado de arándanos frescos o deshidratados

Preparación:

  1. Hidratar la avena:
    En un bol, mezcla los copos de avena con el agua caliente. Deja reposar durante 10 minutos para que se ablanden.
  2. Preparar la mezcla base:
    Agrega los huevos, el eritritol, la vainilla y la manzana rallada a la avena hidratada. Remueve bien hasta que esté homogéneo.
  3. Incorporar el yogur y los polvos:
    Añade el yogur, el polvo de hornear y, si lo deseas, una pizca de canela. Mezcla hasta integrar todos los ingredientes.
  4. Añadir los arándanos:
    Incorpora los arándanos suavemente para distribuirlos en la masa.
  5. Hornear:
    Vierte la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado o forrado con papel de horno. Hornea en un horno precalentado a 180 °C durante 30-35 minutos o hasta que un palillo salga limpio.
  6. Enfriar y disfrutar:
