- 2 tomates 🍅, picados
- 3 calabacines, en rodajas
- 2 papas amarillas 🥔, peladas y cortadas en cubos
- 400 g de fideos coditos
- 5 huevos 🥚
- Sal y orégano al gusto
- Cilantro fresco 🌿, al gusto

Instrucciones:
- Sofríe la cebolla y el ajo:
En una olla grande, agrega un poco de aceite y sofríe la cebolla picada junto con el ajo hasta que estén tiernos y fragantes. - Añade los tomates:
Agrega los tomates picados a la olla y cocina por unos minutos, hasta que suelten su jugo. - Agrega el caldo y las verduras:
Añade caldo de pollo (o agua si prefieres) y lleva a ebullición. Incorpora los calabacines y las papas amarillas, y deja cocinar a fuego medio durante unos 15 minutos. - Cocina los fideos:
Añade los fideos coditos y cocina por 10 minutos más, o hasta que los fideos estén suaves. - Añade los huevos:
Rompe los 5 huevos directamente en la sopa, revolviendo rápidamente para que se mezclen bien. Cocina por unos minutos más hasta que los huevos estén cocidos. - Sazona y sirve:
