  • 1 diente de ajo (pelado y machacado)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma en polvo
  • 1/2 cebolla pequeña (cortada en rodajas finas)
  • 1 trocito de jengibre fresco (aproximadamente 2 cm, rallado o en rodajas)
  • 1 ramita de canela
  • 4-5 hojas frescas de guayaba
  • 4 tazas de agua

Instrucciones:

  1. Prepara los ingredientes: Lava bien las hojas de guayaba y corta la cebolla en rodajas. Machaca el ajo ligeramente para liberar su sabor.
