Ingredientes:

  • 1 diente de ajo 🧄 (pelado y machacado)
  • 1 trocito pequeño de jengibre 🫚 (rallado o en rodajas)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma en polvo o un trozo fresco
  • 1/4 de cebolla 🧅 (en trozos grandes)
  • 1 rama de canela
  • 3-4 hojas de guayaba 🍃 frescas o secas
  • 2 tazas de agua
  • Miel o limón (opcional, para endulzar)

Instrucciones:

  1. Lleva las 2 tazas de agua a ebullición en una olla.
  2. Agrega el ajo, jengibre, cúrcuma, cebolla, canela y hojas de guayaba.
  3. Cocina durante 10 minutos a fuego medio para que los ingredientes liberen sus propiedades.
  4. Cuela el té y sírvelo caliente.
