Ingredientes:

  • 3 hojas de col rizada (kale)
  • 3 ramas de apio
  • 1/2 pepino
  • 1 mazo compacto de espinacas
  • 1 trozo pequeño de jengibre
  • 1/2 manzana verde
  • 1 limón o lima

Instrucciones:

  1. Desinfectar y Preparar los Ingredientes:
    • Lava y desinfecta bien todos los ingredientes.
    • Corta la col rizada, el apio, el pepino, las espinacas, el jengibre y la manzana en trozos manejables para tu extractor de jugos.
  2. Extraer el Jugo:
    • Pasa todos los ingredientes, excepto el limón o la lima, por el extractor de jugos gradualmente.
    • Exprime el limón o la lima directamente en el jugo para evitar el amargor de la cáscara.
  3. Mezclar y Servir:
    • Mezcla bien el jugo para que se combinen todos los sabores.
    • Sirve el jugo inmediatamente para disfrutar de todos sus nutrientes y beneficios.
