Deliciosa Ensalada Griega 🥗

Una buena ensalada griega nunca pasa de moda. ¡Honestamente podría comer una todos los días! Aquí tienes la receta para disfrutar de esta delicia:

Ingredientes de la Ensalada:

  • Lechuga romana, cortada (3)
  • Garbanzos
  • Tomates, en rodajas
  • Pepinos, en rodajas
  • Queso feta
  • Cebolla morada, en rodajas
  • Aceitunas Kalamata
  • Pimientos banana
  • Perejil fresco picado

Proteína Opcional:

  • Pollo a la parrilla
  • Salmón a la parrilla

Aderezo Griego Casero:

  • 1/2 taza de aceite de oliva extra virgen
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre rojo
  • 1/4 taza de jugo de limón fresco
  • 1 cucharadita de mostaza Dijon
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano seco
  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra

Instrucciones:

  1. Preparar la Ensalada:
    • En un tazón grande, mezcla la lechuga romana, los garbanzos, los tomates, los pepinos, el queso feta, la cebolla morada, las aceitunas Kalamata, los pimientos banana y el perejil fresco.
  2. Hacer el Aderezo:

    • Si deseas, puedes agregar pollo o salmón a la parrilla en lugar de los garbanzos para variar la proteína.
