Receta de Atole de Guayaba

Ingredientes:

  • 6 guayabas maduras
  • 1 litro de leche
  • 5 cucharadas de maicena o 1/2 taza de maseca
  • 1 piloncillo
  • 1 ramita de canela
  • Una pizca de sal
  • 1 lata de leche evaporada

Preparación:

  1. Cocinar las Guayabas: En una olla, hierve las guayabas bien lavadas hasta que estén bien cocidas.
  2. Licuar las Guayabas: Lleva las guayabas cocidas a la licuadora y licúalas con un poco de leche hasta obtener un puré suave.
  3. Disolver la Maicena/Maseca: En una olla grande, disuelve la maicena o maseca en el resto de la leche hasta que no haya grumos. Agrega también la leche evaporada.
  4. Combinar los Ingredientes: Añade el puré de guayaba, el piloncillo (o azúcar si lo crees necesario), la ramita de canela y una pizca de sal a la olla.
  5. Cocinar el Atole: Cocina la mezcla a fuego medio, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que el atole comience a espesar y a hervir suavemente.
  6. Cocinar a Fuego Bajo y Servir: Reduce el fuego y continúa cocinando por unos minutos más, asegurándote de que no se pegue al fondo de la olla. Retira la ramita de canela y sirve el atole caliente.
