Tortitas de Brócoli con Queso 🥦🧀

Crujientes por fuera, suaves por dentro y llenas de sabor. Estas tortitas de brócoli con queso son perfectas para una cena ligera o como snack saludable.

Ingredientes:

  • 400 g de brócoli
  • 100 g de queso rallado
  • 2 huevos
  • 3 cucharadas de pan rallado
  • 1 diente de ajo (picado)
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Aceite para freír

Preparación:

1️⃣ Cocinar el brócoli:
Cuece el brócoli en agua con sal durante 5 minutos o hasta que esté tierno. Escurre bien y tritura ligeramente con un tenedor o procesador de alimentos.

2️⃣ Preparar la mezcla:
En un bol, mezcla el brócoli triturado con el queso rallado, los huevos, el ajo picado, el pan rallado, la sal y la pimienta. Remueve bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea.

3️⃣ Formar las tortitas:
Con las manos, toma porciones de la mezcla y forma pequeñas tortitas.

4️⃣ Cocinar:
Calienta un poco de aceite en una sartén y cocina las tortitas a fuego medio hasta que estén doradas por ambos lados (unos 3-4 minutos por lado).

5️⃣ Servir y disfrutar 😋
Acompaña con una salsa de yogur, mayonesa casera o guacamole. ¡Deliciosas y saludables!
