✔ 2 manzanas medianas ralladas 🍏
✔ 2 zanahorias medianas ralladas 🥕
✔ 2 huevos 🥚
✔ 1 taza de avena en hojuelas 🌾
✔ 1 taza de harina integral o de avena
✔ 1/2 taza de azúcar morena o edulcorante al gusto 🍯
✔ 1/2 taza de aceite de coco o vegetal 🥥
✔ 1/2 taza de leche (puede ser vegetal) 🥛
✔ 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
✔ 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo 🍂
✔ 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
✔ 1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
✔ 1 pizca de sal 🧂
✔ Opcional: nueces, pasas o semillas para mayor textura

👨🍳 Preparación Paso a Paso:
1️⃣ Precalienta el horno a 180°C (350°F) y engrasa un molde o cúbrelo con papel para hornear.
2️⃣ Ralla las manzanas y zanahorias (puedes dejar la cáscara si están bien lavadas).
3️⃣ Mezcla los ingredientes secos: En un bol grande, combina la avena, harina, polvo de hornear, bicarbonato, canela y sal. Reserva.
4️⃣ Bate los ingredientes húmedos: En otro bol, bate los huevos con el azúcar hasta integrar bien. Agrega el aceite, la leche y la esencia de vainilla, y mezcla.
5️⃣ Añade las manzanas y zanahorias ralladas a la mezcla húmeda.
6️⃣ Incorpora los ingredientes secos poco a poco a la mezcla húmeda, removiendo con una espátula hasta lograr una masa homogénea. En este punto, puedes agregar nueces o pasas.
7️⃣ Vierte la masa en el molde y alisa la superficie.
8️⃣ Hornea por 35-40 minutos o hasta que, al insertar un palillo, salga limpio.
9️⃣ Deja enfriar antes de desmoldar.
