100g sugar
1 sachet of baking powder (approx. 11g)
Chocolate flakes or raisins

Then, beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

Now, add the Greek yogurt and mix well.

Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing gently to avoid lumps.

Then, pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Garnish with raisins or chocolate, if desired.

Bake the cake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan and serving.
