Ingredients:

- 8 oz feta cheese block, crumbled
- ½ block cream cheese (4 oz), softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
For Garnishing:
- More basil leaves, chopped
- Red pepper flakes
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions:
- Prepare the Bruschetta: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Mix gently until well combined. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
- Make the Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, blend the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth and creamy. Ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
