Ingredientes:
- 500 gramos de harina de trigo
- 2 cucharadas de sal
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- 1 cucharada y media de levadura seca
- 1 taza y media de agua
- 3 cucharadas de manteca vegetal o aceite

Preparación:
- Forma una fuente de harina: Al centro coloca la levadura y media taza de agua para que se disuelva. Espera 10 minutos para que la levadura se active.
- Mezcla la harina con el agua: Hazlo poco a poco. Agrega la sal y el azúcar de forma paulatina.
- Agrega la manteca vegetal o aceite: Continúa integrando la masa con fuerza.
- Amasa durante 10 minutos: Hasta formar una masa elástica y firme. Tiene que desprenderse con facilidad de la mesa de preparación.
- Deja reposar la masa: Una vez alcanzada la consistencia, coloca la masa en un tazón y cúbrela con un plástico para que no se seque. Déjala reposar hasta que doble su tamaño (aproximadamente 1 hora a una temperatura de 23ºC, esto puede variar).
- Poncha y amasa la masa nuevamente: Córtala en 10 partes iguales.
- Forma los bollitos: Toma cada una de las partes y dales forma de bola. Posteriormente aplástala un poco y mete los contornos hacia el interior. Finalmente gira un poco la masa hacia el centro para que tome forma de bolillo. Puedes colocar un poco de harina sobre la mesa para facilitar el procedimiento. Colócalos en una charola forrada con papel encerado.
- Deja reposar: Espera un momento para que la masa duplique nuevamente su tamaño.
- Realiza un corte: Con un cuchillo, realiza un corte de aproximadamente un centímetro de profundidad a lo largo del bolillo.
- Hornea: Lleva al horno a 250ºC por 20 minutos o hasta que estén doraditos. Deja enfriar durante unos minutos.
