Recipe 1: Manzana, Pepino, Limón, Apio, Espinaca, Jengibre
Ingredients:
- 1 apple (manzana)
 - 1 cucumber (pepino)
 - 1/2 lemon (limón)
 - 2 stalks of celery (apio)
 - A handful of spinach (espinaca)
 - A small piece of ginger (jengibre, about 1-inch)
 
Method:
- Prepare the ingredients:
- Wash the apple, cucumber, celery, and spinach thoroughly.
 - Peel the lemon (optional) and cut it into wedges.
 - Peel a small piece of ginger (about 1-inch) and slice it thinly.
 
 - Juicing or blending:
