📋Ingredientes:
- 🥚 3 huevos
- 🥛 1 lata de leche condensada
- 🌽 1 lata de maíz sin agua (o granos de elote cocidos)
- 🍚 1 taza de harina
- 🧈 1 cucharada de margarina
- 🥄 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear
📝Preparación:
1️⃣ Licúa los Ingredientes:
- Coloca los huevos, leche condensada, maíz, harina, margarina, y polvo para hornear en la licuadora.
- Licúa hasta obtener una mezcla uniforme. Si se pega a los lados, usa una cuchara para desprender la masa y sigue batiendo.
2️⃣ Prepara el Molde:
- Engrasa un molde con mantequilla y espolvorea harina para evitar que el pan se pegue.
- Vierte la mezcla en el molde, nivelándola con una espátula.

3️⃣ Hornea:
- Precalienta el horno a 180 °C (350 °F).
- Hornea durante 45 a 60 minutos. Haz la prueba del palillo: si sale limpio, tu pan está listo.
4️⃣ Enfría y Sirve:
- Deja enfriar el pan antes de desmoldar.
- Sirve y disfruta este postre suave y delicioso.
