Savory Zucchini and Veggie Bake 🍴

Este plato a base de calabacín es delicioso, saludable y muy fácil de preparar. Es perfecto como acompañamiento o snack. Con una mezcla de verduras ralladas, queso y avena, esta receta horneada es ligera, nutritiva y está llena de sabor.


Ingredientes

  • 1 calabacín, rallado
  • 1 zanahoria, rallada
  • 1 papa, rallada
  • 4 cucharadas de copos de avena
  • 100 gramos de queso rallado (cheddar, mozzarella o tu favorito)
  • Perejil fresco, picado
  • 2 dientes de ajo, picados
  • Pimienta negra molida, al gusto
  • Sal, al gusto (opcional)

Instrucciones

1. Prepara las Verduras

Lava y pela el calabacín, la zanahoria y la papa. Ralla cada verdura con un rallador o procesador de alimentos. Coloca el calabacín rallado en un paño limpio o en una gasa y exprime para eliminar el exceso de agua. Este paso es fundamental para que el horneado no quede aguado.


2. Mezcla los Ingredientes

En un bol grande, combina el calabacín, la zanahoria y la papa rallados. Agrega los copos de avena, el queso rallado, el perejil fresco picado y el ajo. Condimenta con pimienta negra al gusto. Si lo prefieres, añade una pizca de sal, aunque el queso ya aporta algo de sabor salado.


3. Deja Reposar la Mezcla

Deja reposar la mezcla durante 5-10 minutos. Esto permitirá que los copos de avena absorban algo de la humedad, ayudando a que la mezcla quede más compacta.


4. Prepara el Molde para Hornear

Precalienta el horno a 190°C (375°F). Forra un molde o bandeja para hornear con papel de horno o engrásalo ligeramente con aceite de oliva.


5. Forma y Coloca

Con la mezcla, forma pequeñas tortitas o distribúyela uniformemente en el molde si prefieres un estilo tipo “cazuela”. Si haces tortitas, deja espacio entre cada una para que se cocinen de manera uniforme.


6. Hornea

Hornea en el horno precalentado durante 20-25 minutos, o hasta que los bordes estén dorados y crujientes. Si quieres que queden más crujientes, puedes activar el modo de gratinado durante los últimos 2-3 minutos.


7. Sirve y Disfruta

Retira del horno y deja enfriar durante 5 minutos antes de servir. Decora con un poco de perejil fresco picado o un extra de queso rallado, si lo deseas. Sirve caliente como acompañamiento, snack o incluso como plato principal ligero.
