📝 Ingredientes para el rollo de carne:

  • Carne picada: 1 kg (35 oz)
  • Huevos: 2
  • Cebolla: 1, finamente picada
  • Ajo: 2 dientes, picados
  • Perejil fresco: 2 cucharadas, picado
  • Pan rallado: 1/2 taza
  • Leche: 1/4 de taza (para humedecer el pan rallado)
  • Sal y pimienta: Al gusto

  • Champiñones: 1 taza, en rodajas
  • Queso mozzarella: 1 taza, rallado

🍴 Preparación:

1️⃣ Prepara la carne:
