📝 Ingredientes para el rollo de carne:
- Carne picada: 1 kg (35 oz)
- Huevos: 2
- Cebolla: 1, finamente picada
- Ajo: 2 dientes, picados
- Perejil fresco: 2 cucharadas, picado
- Pan rallado: 1/2 taza
- Leche: 1/4 de taza (para humedecer el pan rallado)
- Sal y pimienta: Al gusto
📝 Ingredientes para el relleno:
- Espinacas frescas: 2 tazas
- Champiñones: 1 taza, en rodajas
- Queso mozzarella: 1 taza, rallado
- Aceite de oliva: 1 cucharada
- Sal y pimienta: Al gusto
🍴 Preparación:
1️⃣ Prepara la carne:
- En un bol grande, mezcla la carne picada, los huevos, la cebolla, el ajo, el perejil, el pan rallado humedecido con la leche, sal y pimienta.
- Amasa hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea. Reserva.
2️⃣ Cocina el relleno:
