Receta Deliciosa de Caldo de Pollo 🍲✨

Un caldo reconfortante, sencillo de preparar y lleno de sabor. ¡Ideal para un día acogedor!


Ingredientes:

  • 4 muslos de pollo
  • 1 rama de orégano
  • 2 ramas de apio
  • 2 trozos de kion (jengibre)
  • 250 g (1/4 de kilo) de fideos gruesos
  • 3 papas amarillas
  • 4 huevos cocidos
  • Cebolla china picada (parte verde)
  • Agua (aproximadamente 2 litros)
  • Sal

Preparación:

  1. Prepara el caldo:
    • Llena una olla grande con 2 litros de agua y ponla a fuego medio.
    • Añade los muslos de pollo, el orégano, las ramas de apio, los trozos de kion y una pizca de sal. Tapa la olla y deja hervir durante 15-20 minutos.
  2. Cocina los fideos:
    • Agrega los fideos gruesos al caldo hirviendo. Remueve suavemente para evitar que se peguen. Cocina durante 10 minutos.
  3. Añade las papas:
    • Pela y corta las papas amarillas, agrégalas al caldo y deja cocinar 10 minutos más, o hasta que estén tiernas.
  4. Sirve el plato:
    • Rectifica la sal y ajusta al gusto. Sirve el caldo caliente en tazones, colocando un huevo cocido en cada porción.

Consejos para Servir:

  • Decora cada plato con cebolla china picada para darle un toque fresco.
  • Añade unas gotas de limón y un poco de ajo picado para realzar el sabor.
