EXQUISITA ENSALADA MIXTA 🥗🍋

INGREDIENTES:

  • Base verde: Lechuga o espinaca 🥬🍃
  • 1 lata de atún 🥫 (en agua o aceite, según prefieras)
  • 1 taza de pasta cocida 🍜
  • 10-12 aceitunas 🍃 (negras o verdes)
  • 1/2 taza de queso en cubos 🧀 (fresco o mozzarella)
  • 2 huevos cocidos 🥚, cortados en rodajas
  • 1/2 taza de garbanzos cocidos 🏵️
  • 1 zanahoria rallada 🥕
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen 🍶
  • Jugo de 1 limón fresco 🍋
  • Sal marina y pimienta negra al gusto 🧂

PREPARACIÓN:

  1. Prepara la base:
    Lava bien la lechuga o espinaca y colócala como base en un tazón grande o plato amplio.
  2. Añade los ingredientes:
    Sobre la base verde, distribuye de manera uniforme la pasta cocida, el atún desmenuzado, las aceitunas, el queso en cubos, los huevos cocidos, los garbanzos y la zanahoria rallada.
  3. Prepara el aderezo:
    En un recipiente pequeño, mezcla el aceite de oliva, el jugo de limón, una pizca de sal marina y pimienta negra al gusto.
  4. Mezcla o sirve:
    Vierte el aderezo sobre la ensalada. Puedes mezclar todos los ingredientes o servirlos tal cual para que cada quien los combine a su gusto.
  5. Decora y disfruta:
