Ingredientes:
- 900 gramos de brócoli 🥦
- 450 gramos de coliflor 🌸
- 5 tazas de leche 🥛
- Sal al gusto 🧂
- 1 cebolla, finamente picada
- 1 zanahoria, en cubitos
- 1 pimiento, en cubitos
- 1 diente de ajo, picado
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva 🫒
- Perejil al gusto, picado 🌿
- 200 gramos de tomates cherry rojos, cortados a la mitad 🍅

Instrucciones:
- Prepara las Verduras: Separa el brócoli y la coliflor en floretes. Lávalos y reserva.
- Cocina el Brócoli y la Coliflor: En una olla grande, hierve agua con una pizca de sal. Blanquea el brócoli y la coliflor durante 5 minutos. Escurre y reserva.
- Prepara la Base: En una sartén, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio. Sofríe la cebolla, la zanahoria, el pimiento y el ajo hasta que estén tiernos y desprendan su aroma.
- Incorpora la Leche: Vierte la leche y lleva la mezcla a fuego lento. Remueve ocasionalmente para integrar los sabores.
- Cremoso y Suave: Retira la mitad de la mezcla sofrita y licúala con un poco de leche para lograr una consistencia suave. Regresa esta mezcla a la sartén.
- Añade el Brócoli y la Coliflor: Incorpora las verduras blanqueadas a la salsa cremosa. Cocina a fuego lento durante 5-7 minutos para que se impregnen de sabor.
- Toques Finales: Agrega los tomates cherry y espolvorea el perejil. Cocina por 2 minutos más.
- Sirve Caliente: Disfrútalo como un plato principal reconfortante o como acompañamiento de tu comida favorita.
