Receta para Almuerzo o Cena: Tilapia frita en aceite de oliva

Ingredientes

Para la tilapia:

Filetes de tilapia

1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo

Sal al gusto

1 cucharadita de paprika ahumada

Jugo de un limón

Pimienta al gusto

Aceite de oliva

Para los acompañamientos:

Papas

Zanahorias

Hojas de lechuga

Pepino

Preparación

  1. Preparar la tilapia:

Lava los filetes de tilapia y sécalos con cuidado.

Sazona los filetes con ajo en polvo, sal, paprika ahumada, jugo de limón y pimienta.

Calienta aceite de oliva en una sartén a fuego medio.

Fríe los filetes de tilapia hasta que estén dorados por ambos lados y bien cocidos.

  1. Cocinar las papas:

Pela las papas y córtalas en trozos medianos.

Hierve en agua con sal hasta que estén suaves.

  1. Cocinar las zanahorias:

Pela las zanahorias y córtalas en rodajas.

Cocina en agua con sal hasta que estén tiernas.

  1. Preparar la ensalada:

Lava las hojas de lechuga y el pepino.

Corta la lechuga en trozos y el pepino en rodajas finas.

Mezcla y aliña al gusto con sal, aceite de oliva y jugo de limón.
