Preparación
- Preparar la tilapia:
Lava los filetes de tilapia y sécalos con cuidado.

Fríe los filetes de tilapia hasta que estén dorados por ambos lados y bien cocidos.

Hierve en agua con sal hasta que estén suaves.

Pela las zanahorias y córtalas en rodajas.
Cocina en agua con sal hasta que estén tiernas.

Lava las hojas de lechuga y el pepino.
Corta la lechuga en trozos y el pepino en rodajas finas.
Mezcla y aliña al gusto con sal, aceite de oliva y jugo de limón.
