Brócoli a la Crema

Ingredientes:

Instrucciones:

  1. Cocinar el brócoli:
    Hierve agua con una pizca de sal y cocina el brócoli durante 3-4 minutos hasta que esté ligeramente tierno pero aún firme. Escurre y reserva.
  2. Preparar la crema:
    En una sartén grande, derrite la mantequilla a fuego medio. Sofríe la cebolla y el ajo hasta que estén suaves y fragantes, aproximadamente 3 minutos.
  3. Agregar la crema:
    Vierte la crema de leche en la sartén y mezcla bien. Cocina a fuego bajo durante 2-3 minutos hasta que empiece a espesar.
  4. Incorporar el queso:
    Añade el queso rallado poco a poco mientras revuelves. Sazona con sal, pimienta y una pizca de nuez moscada si lo deseas.
  5. Unir con el brócoli:
    Coloca el brócoli cocido en la sartén con la salsa cremosa. Mezcla suavemente para cubrir bien los floretes con la crema.
  6. Servir caliente:
