Pan Rápido de Avena para el Desayuno

Sin harina, sin azúcar, sin aceite, sin gluten

Ingredientes:

  • 1 taza de avena
  • 1 vaso de agua tibia (suficiente para remojar la avena)
  • 1/2 calabaza mediana (aproximadamente 800 g), pelada y en trozos
  • 1 cucharada de endulzante (opcional, como estevia o fruta del monje)
  • 1 cucharadita de canela (opcional)
  • Sal (al gusto)

Instrucciones:

  1. Preparar la Avena:
    • Coloca la avena en un tazón.
    • Vierte el agua tibia sobre la avena y déjala reposar durante 10–15 minutos hasta que esté suave.
  2. Cocinar la Calabaza:
    • Cocina al vapor o hierve la calabaza hasta que esté tierna.
    • Tritura la calabaza cocida hasta obtener un puré suave.
  3. Mezclar los Ingredientes:
    • Combina la avena remojada y el puré de calabaza en un tazón grande.
    • Agrega el endulzante opcional, la canela y la sal.
    • Mezcla bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
  4. Dar Forma y Hornear:
    • Precalienta el horno a 175°C (350°F).
    • Forra un molde con papel para hornear o engrásalo ligeramente con spray antiadherente.
    • Vierte la mezcla en el molde y alisa la superficie con una espátula.
    • Hornea durante 35–45 minutos, o hasta que el pan esté firme y ligeramente dorado por encima.
  5. Enfriar y Servir:
    • Deja que el pan se enfríe completamente antes de cortarlo.
    • Disfrútalo solo o con tus toppings favoritos, como mantequilla de frutos secos, yogur o frutas frescas.
