📋 Ingredientes

  • 🍗 2 pechugas de pollo, cortadas en tiras delgadas
  • 🫑 1 pimiento verde, en tiras
  • 🌶️ 1 pimiento rojo, en tiras
  • 🧅 1 cebolla grande, en juliana
  • 🥕 2 zanahorias, en rodajas finas
  • 🍄 200 g de champiñones, rebanados
  • 🥬 2 tallos de apio, cortados en diagonal
  • 🧄 2 dientes de ajo, picados
  • 🌿 1 trozo de jengibre fresco, rallado
  • 🌱 200 g de brotes de soja (germinados)
  • 🥢 3 cucharadas de salsa de soja
  • 🦪 2 cucharadas de salsa de ostras
  • 🌽 1 cucharada de maicena, disuelta en 1/4 taza de agua
  • 🥄 2 cucharadas de aceite de ajonjolí (opcional)
  • 🧂 Sal y pimienta, al gusto
  • 🍚 Arroz blanco cocido, para servir

📝 Instrucciones

1️⃣ Saltear el Pollo:
Calienta un wok o sartén grande con un poco de aceite a fuego medio-alto. Agrega las tiras de pollo y cocina hasta que estén doradas y bien cocidas. Retira y reserva.

2️⃣ Preparar los Aromáticos:
En la misma sartén, añade un poco más de aceite si es necesario. Saltea el ajo y el jengibre durante 1 minuto hasta que desprendan su aroma.

3️⃣ Cocinar las Verduras:
Agrega la cebolla, los pimientos, las zanahorias, los champiñones y el apio. Cocina por 5-7 minutos, mezclando constantemente, hasta que estén tiernos pero crujientes.

4️⃣ Unir el Pollo y las Verduras:
Regresa el pollo al wok y mézclalo con las verduras. Añade los brotes de soja y revuelve nuevamente.

5️⃣ Preparar y Añadir la Salsa:
En un recipiente pequeño, combina la salsa de soja, la salsa de ostras y la mezcla de maicena. Vierte la salsa sobre el pollo y las verduras, mezclando bien hasta que espese (2-3 minutos).

6️⃣ Ajustar el Sabor:
Prueba y ajusta la sazón con sal y pimienta al gusto.

7️⃣ Servir:
Sirve caliente sobre arroz cocido. Si deseas, añade unas gotas de aceite de ajonjolí al final para un toque extra.
