Pollo Empanizado Crujiente Casero 🍗✨

Ingredientes

  • 1 kg de pollo (piernas y muslos, o tus piezas favoritas).
  • 500 ml de leche (a temperatura ambiente).
  • 1 cucharadita de sal (dividida).
  • 1 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida (dividida).
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano en polvo (dividida).
  • 1 cucharada de ajo en polvo.
  • 2 hojas de laurel.
  • 6 granos de pimienta negra.
  • 3 huevos (a temperatura ambiente).
  • 50 ml de leche (para la mezcla de huevo).
  • 1 taza de harina de trigo.
  • ½ taza de maicena.
  • 1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo.
  • 1 cucharadita de pimentón en polvo.
  • Pan rallado.
  • Aceite para freír.

Preparación paso a paso

  1. Cocinar el pollo
    En una sartén grande, coloca las piezas de pollo y cúbrelas con los 500 ml de leche. Añade 1 cucharadita de sal1 cucharadita de pimienta negra1 cucharadita de orégano1 cucharada de ajo en polvo, las 2 hojas de laurel, y los 6 granos de pimienta negra. Tapa y cocina a fuego medio durante 10 minutos.
  2. Preparar la mezcla de huevo
    Mientras el pollo se cocina, bate los 3 huevos con los 50 ml de leche. Agrega una pizca de pimienta negrauna pizca de sal, y una pizca de orégano. Mezcla bien hasta que todo esté integrado.
  3. Preparar la mezcla seca
    En un recipiente, combina 1 taza de harina de trigo y ½ taza de maicena. Condimenta con 1 cucharadita de sal1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo1 cucharadita de pimentón en polvo1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo, y una pizca de pimienta negra. Mezcla hasta que quede uniforme.
  4. Cocción final del pollo
    Después de 10 minutos, voltea las piezas de pollo y cocina otros 10 minutos. Retíralas del fuego y deja que se enfríen un poco antes de empanizarlas.
  5. Rebozar el pollo
    Pasa cada pieza de pollo primero por la mezcla de harina y maicena, luego por la mezcla de huevo y leche, y finalmente cúbrelas completamente con el pan rallado. Asegúrate de que el empanizado esté bien adherido.
  6. Freír el pollo
    Calienta suficiente aceite en una sartén a fuego medio. Fríe las piezas de pollo hasta que estén doradas por ambos lados, volteándolas con cuidado. Una vez listas, colócalas sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
