Ingredientes:
- 7g de gelatina sin sabor (un paquete pequeño)
- 50 ml de agua (para hidratar la gelatina)
- 200 ml de pulpa de maracuyá (puedes usar pulpa fresca o concentrada)
- 1 lata de leche condensada (aproximadamente 395 g)
- 200 ml de crema de leche o nata para montar (whipping cream)
- Azúcar: opcional si deseas una mousse más dulce
- Semillas de maracuyá: para decorar (opcional)

Preparación:
- Disolver la Gelatina:
- Disuelve la gelatina sin sabor en 50 ml de agua tibia. Deja reposar unos minutos para que se hidrate y luego caliéntala ligeramente (sin hervir) hasta que se disuelva por completo. Déjala enfriar un poco.
- Mezclar Pulpa y Leche Condensada:
- En una licuadora, añade la pulpa de maracuyá y la leche condensada. Licúa durante unos 30 segundos hasta que estén bien integrados.
- Batir la Crema de Leche:
- Bate la crema de leche en un tazón hasta que comience a tomar forma, pero sin llegar a punto de nieve. Debe estar medio batida.
- Incorporar Mezcla de Pulpa:
- Añade lentamente la mezcla de pulpa y leche condensada a la crema de leche batida, removiendo suavemente para mantener la textura esponjosa.
- Añadir la Gelatina:
- Una vez que la gelatina esté tibia (no caliente), añádela a la mezcla de mousse con movimientos envolventes para evitar que las burbujas se desinflen.
- Refrigerar:
- Vierte la mezcla en vasos individuales o en un recipiente grande y refrigera durante al menos 4 horas, o hasta que la mousse esté firme.
