Savory Breakfast Plate: A Hearty and Nutritious Start 🍳🍄

Comienza tu día con este plato de desayuno salado, lleno de proteínas, grasas saludables y vegetales sabrosos, perfecto para una comida matutina satisfactoria. 🌟

Instrucciones:

  1. Preparar los Ingredientes:
    • Lava bien las espinacas y los tomates.
    • Corta el aguacate en rodajas y los tomates a la mitad.
  2. Cocinar los Champiñones:
    • En una sartén grande, calienta 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva a fuego medio.
    • Añade el ajo picado y los champiñones en rodajas, y saltea hasta que los champiñones estén dorados y tiernos. Sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto. Retira de la sartén y reserva.
  3. Cocinar los Huevos:
    • En la misma sartén, calienta la otra cucharada de aceite de oliva a fuego medio.
    • Fríe los huevos a tu gusto (pueden ser estrellados, revueltos, etc.). Sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.
  4. Preparar la Espinaca:
    • En la sartén con los jugos sobrantes de los champiñones y los huevos, saltea las espinacas hasta que se marchiten ligeramente. Sazona con una pizca de sal.
  5. Tostar el Pan:
    • Tuesta la rebanada de pan integral o de masa madre hasta que esté dorada y crujiente.
  6. Montar el Plato:
    • Coloca la rebanada de pan tostado en un plato.
    • Coloca los huevos fritos y las espinacas salteadas sobre el pan.
    • Añade los tomates, el aguacate y los champiñones a un lado.
    • Decora con perejil fresco picado.
  7. Servir:
    • Sirve inmediatamente y disfruta de este desayuno salado y nutritivo.
