Ingredientes:
- 3 libras de rabos de toro, recortados
- Sal y pimienta negra al gusto
- 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
- 1 cebolla grande, picada
- 3 dientes de ajo, picados
- 1 cucharada de jengibre fresco, picado
- 1 taza de caldo de res
- 1/2 taza de vino tinto
- 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja
- 2 cucharadas de salsa Worcestershire
- 2 hojas de laurel
- 1 cucharadita de tomillo seco
- 2 zanahorias, en rodajas
- 2 ramas de apio, en rodajas

Instrucciones:
- Sazonar y Dorar los Rabos:
- Sazona los rabos de toro con sal y pimienta.
- En una olla grande o una cazuela, calienta el aceite a fuego medio-alto.
- Añade los rabos de toro y dóralos por todos lados, aproximadamente 10 minutos. Retira y reserva.
- Sofreír Verduras:
- En la misma olla, añade la cebolla, el ajo y el jengibre. Cocina hasta que la cebolla esté translúcida, unos 5 minutos.
- Cocinar a Fuego Lento:
- Vuelve a colocar los rabos de toro en la olla.
- Añade el caldo de res, vino tinto, salsa de soja, salsa Worcestershire, hojas de laurel y tomillo.
- Lleva a ebullición.
- Simmer y Añadir Verduras:
- Reduce el fuego a bajo, tapa y cocina a fuego lento durante 2-3 horas, o hasta que la carne esté tierna y se deshaga del hueso.
- Añade las zanahorias y el apio en los últimos 30 minutos de cocción.
- Servir:
- Retira las hojas de laurel antes de servir.
- Sirve los rabos de toro con la mezcla de verduras y caldo.
