- Saltear verduras:
- En la misma sartén, derrite la mantequilla en la grasa del tocino.
- Añade la cebolla y el ajo, y sofríe hasta que estén fragantes.
- Agrega las judías verdes y las papas, y cocina hasta que estén tiernas, unos 10-15 minutos.
- Condimentar:
- Añade el tomillo seco, la sal y la pimienta negra molida.
- Vuelve a agregar el tocino crujiente a la sartén y mezcla bien.
- Servir:
- Decora con perejil fresco antes de servir.
