Receta de Panqueques Clásicos 🥞🥞😋

¡Aquí tienes una receta deliciosa para preparar panqueques clásicos y esponjosos!

Ingredientes:

  • 1 ½ tazas de harina de trigo
  • 3 ½ cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
  • 1 cucharada de azúcar
  • ½ cucharadita de sal
  • 1 ¼ tazas de leche
  • 1 huevo
  • 3 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla (opcional)

Instrucciones:

  1. Mezclar los Ingredientes Secos:
    • En un tazón grande, bate juntos la harina, el polvo de hornear, el azúcar y la sal.
  2. Combinar los Ingredientes Húmedos:
    • En un tazón separado, bate el huevo, luego añade la leche, la mantequilla derretida y el extracto de vainilla. Mezcla hasta que estén bien combinados.
  3. Hacer la Masa:
    • Vierte los ingredientes húmedos en los ingredientes secos, mezclando hasta que estén justo combinados. Ten cuidado de no mezclar en exceso; unos pocos grumos están bien.
  4. Cocinar los Panqueques:
    • Calienta una plancha o sartén antiadherente ligeramente aceitada a fuego medio. Vierte aproximadamente ¼ de taza de masa por cada panqueque en la superficie caliente. Cocina hasta que se formen burbujas en la superficie, luego da la vuelta y cocina hasta que estén dorados por el otro lado.
  5. Servir:
    • Sirve calientes con tus coberturas favoritas como jarabe de arce, frutas frescas o una pizca de mantequilla.
