Arroz Poblano con Rajas, Elote y Caldo de Pollo

Ingredientes:

  • 2 tazas de caldo de pollo
  • 1 taza de chile poblano, asado y limpio
  • 3 tomates verdes, asados
  • 1 diente de ajo, asado
  • 1/4 de cebolla, asada
  • 1/2 taza de cilantro
  • Aceite suficiente para freír
  • 1 taza de arroz
  • 1/2 taza de elote amarillo
  • 1 taza de rajas poblanas

Preparación:
