- 2 tabletas de chocolate Abuelita
- Piloncillo o azúcar (al gusto)
- Canela (al gusto)
- Un galón de leche
- Una taza y media de maseca (harina de maíz)

Instrucciones:
- Hervir la Leche:
- En una olla grande, lleva la leche a ebullición con las tabletas de chocolate, el piloncillo (o azúcar) y la canela.
- Remueve constantemente hasta que el chocolate y el piloncillo se hayan derretido completamente.
- Tostar la Maseca:
- Mientras tanto, tuesta la maseca en una sartén a fuego medio hasta que adquiera un color dorado.
- Preparar la Mezcla de Maseca:
- Una vez dorada, disuelve la maseca en un poco de agua o leche, mezclando bien para evitar grumos.
- Añadir la Maseca a la Leche:
- Vierte la mezcla de maseca a la olla con la leche caliente, removiendo constantemente para incorporar bien los ingredientes.
- Cocina a fuego lento durante 3 minutos, removiendo con una cuchara para evitar que se pegue al fondo.
- Dejar Hervir:
- Deja que el champurrado hierva a fuego lento durante 10 minutos más, removiendo ocasionalmente.
- Servir:
- Sirve el champurrado caliente en tazas y disfruta de esta reconfortante bebida.
