Jugosos panqueques de manzana en 5 minutos

Ingredientes:

1 manzana (pelada y rallada)

1 huevo

2 cucharadas de azúcar (ajusta al gusto)

1 pizca de sal

3 cucharadas de harina (opcional, para un resultado más espeso)

Aceite o mantequilla (para cocinar)


Instrucciones:

  1. Prepara la masa:

En un bol, bate el huevo junto con el azúcar y la pizca de sal hasta que quede una mezcla uniforme.

Agrega la manzana rallada y mezcla bien.

Si prefieres panqueques más firmes, incorpora la harina y mezcla hasta integrar.

  1. Cocina los panqueques:

Calienta una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio y añade un poco de aceite o mantequilla.

Vierte pequeñas porciones de la masa en la sartén, formando panqueques.

Cocina por 1-2 minutos de cada lado, o hasta que estén dorados y bien cocidos.

Retira los panqueques de la sartén y sírvelos calientes.

Acompaña con miel, jarabe de arce, azúcar glas o un toque de canela para realzar el sabor.
