- 3.5 oz (100g) dried cranberries (rinsed in hot water)
- 3.5 oz (100g) raisins (rinsed in hot water)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup (50g) chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or your favorite)

Instructions:
