1. Preparar la masa:
En un tazón grande, mezcla la fécula de maíz, el queso rallado, el polvo de hornear y la sal. Asegúrate de que los ingredientes secos estén bien combinados.
2. Incorporar los líquidos:

4. Cocinar en sartén:
Calienta una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio-bajo. Coloca los panes con un poco de espacio entre ellos para que no se peguen. Cocina durante 5-7 minutos por cada lado, o hasta que estén dorados y cocidos por dentro. No apresures el proceso; baja el fuego si notas que se doran demasiado rápido.
