- 🥩 500 g de carne molida de res
- 🍚 1/2 taza de arroz (crudo)
- 🥚 1 huevo
- 🥕 2 zanahorias, cortadas en cubos
- 🥒 2 calabacitas, cortadas en cubos
- 🥔 2 papas, cortadas en cubos
- 🍵 1 litro de caldo de pollo o agua
- 🌿 1 ramita de hierbabuena
- 🧂 Sal y pimienta al gusto
- 🫒 Un poco de aceite para sofreír

INSTRUCCIONES:
1. Preparar las albóndigas:
En un tazón grande, mezcla la carne molida de res, el arroz, el huevo, sal y pimienta al gusto. Mezcla bien hasta que todos los ingredientes estén integrados. Forma bolitas pequeñas (del tamaño de una cucharada) y resérvalas.
2. Sofreír la base del caldo:
Calienta un poco de aceite en una olla grande a fuego medio. Sofríe la cebolla y el ajo hasta que estén transparentes y fragantes. Agrega el tomate picado y cocina por unos minutos más, hasta que se deshaga y forme una salsa ligera.
3. Cocinar el caldo:
Vierte el caldo de pollo o agua en la olla y deja que hierva. Ajusta la sazón con sal y pimienta al gusto.
4. Añadir las albóndigas:
Con cuidado, coloca las albóndigas en el caldo hirviendo. Cocina por 15 minutos, asegurándote de que las albóndigas queden bien cocidas.
5. Agregar las verduras:
Añade las zanahorias, papas y calabacitas al caldo. Cocina a fuego medio durante 15 minutos más, o hasta que las verduras estén suaves.
6. Añadir la hierbabuena:
Coloca la ramita de hierbabuena en el caldo y cocina por 5 minutos más para que su aroma y sabor impregnen el caldo. Retira la ramita antes de servir.
7. Servir caliente:
