PANETTONE CASERO EN LICUADORA 🍞✨

Un panettone esponjoso y delicioso preparado fácilmente en la licuadora. Perfecto para las fiestas o como un dulce especial para cualquier ocasión, este panettone casero es una receta práctica que todos pueden disfrutar.


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🥚 3 huevos
  • 🥛 1/2 taza de leche tibia
  • 🍯 1/2 taza de azúcar
  • 🧈 1/2 taza de mantequilla derretida (o aceite vegetal)
  • 🌸 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
  • 🍊 1 cucharadita de ralladura de naranja o limón
  • 🧂 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 🍚 2 1/2 tazas de harina de trigo
  • 🍚 1 cucharada de levadura seca instantánea
  • 🍒 1/2 taza de frutas confitadas
  • 🍇 1/2 taza de pasas

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Licuar los ingredientes líquidos:

En la licuadora, agrega los huevos, la leche tibia, el azúcar, la mantequilla derretida, la esencia de vainilla, la ralladura de naranja o limón y la sal. Licúa hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

2. Añadir la harina y la levadura:

Con la licuadora en marcha, agrega la harina poco a poco mientras sigues licuando. Finalmente, añade la levadura y licúa solo unos segundos más para incorporarla bien. La masa debe quedar suave y ligeramente espesa.

3. Agregar las frutas:

Vierte la masa en un bol grande y mezcla las frutas confitadas y las pasas con una espátula o cuchara. Asegúrate de distribuirlas uniformemente en toda la masa.

4. Dejar reposar:

Cubre el bol con un paño limpio y deja reposar la masa en un lugar cálido durante 1 hora, o hasta que duplique su tamaño. Si deseas un panettone más esponjoso, deja reposar por 2 horas.

5. Hornear:

Precalienta el horno a 180°C (350°F). Vierte la masa en un molde de panettone o en un molde redondo alto previamente engrasado o forrado con papel pergamino. Hornea por aproximadamente 35-40 minutos, o hasta que al insertar un palillo, este salga limpio.

6. Enfriar y disfrutar:

Deja enfriar el panettone antes de desmoldar. Espolvorea azúcar glas por encima para decorar y darle un toque festivo.
