🍗 POLLO CON CREMA DE CILANTRO 🌿

Un plato cremoso, aromático y lleno de sabor que combina tiernas tiras de pollo con una rica salsa de cilantro. Perfecto para una cena especial o una comida reconfortante.


INGREDIENTES:

Para el pollo:

  • 🐔 1 pechuga de pollo sin piel ni hueso, cortada en tiras
  • 🫒 1/4 taza de aceite de oliva
  • 🧂 1 cucharadita de sal
  • 🌶️ 1 cucharadita de pimienta
  • 🌿 1 cucharadita de orégano
  • 🧈 1 cucharada de mantequilla

Para la salsa de cilantro:

  • 🌿 2 tazas de cilantro fresco
  • 🥛 2 tazas de leche evaporada
  • 🍵 2 tazas de caldo de pollo
  • 🧀 1/2 taza de queso crema
  • 🧅 1/8 pieza de cebolla
  • 🧄 1 diente de ajo
  • 🧈 3 cucharaditas de mantequilla
  • 🍚 3 cucharaditas de harina

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Marinar el pollo:

  1. En un tazón, mezcla las tiras de pollo con el aceite de oliva, la sal, la pimienta y el orégano. Deja marinar durante 5 minutos para que absorban los sabores.

2. Cocinar el pollo:

  1. Calienta una sartén grande a fuego medio-alto y añade la mantequilla.
  2. Cocina las tiras de pollo hasta que estén doradas y completamente cocidas (aproximadamente 6-8 minutos). Retira del fuego y resérvalas.

3. Preparar la salsa de cilantro:

  1. En una licuadora, combina el cilantro fresco, la leche evaporada, el caldo de pollo, el queso crema, la cebolla y el ajo. Licúa hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y suave.

4. Espesar la salsa:

  1. En una olla mediana, derrite las 3 cucharaditas de mantequilla a fuego medio.
  2. Añade la harina y cocina por 1-2 minutos, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que forme una pasta dorada (roux).
  3. Vierte lentamente la mezcla licuada de cilantro en la olla, mientras revuelves para evitar grumos.
  4. Cocina la salsa a fuego bajo-medio durante 8-10 minutos, o hasta que espese ligeramente. Ajusta la sazón si es necesario.

5. Servir:

  1. Coloca las tiras de pollo en un plato y báñalas generosamente con la salsa de cilantro caliente.
  2. Acompaña con arroz blanco, papas al horno o verduras al vapor para completar el plato.
