🍞🧀 PAN DE MAICENA CON QUESO EN SARTÉN 🍳✨

Un pan rápido, esponjoso y delicioso que se prepara en la sartén. Perfecto para el desayuno, la merienda o como acompañamiento de cualquier comida. ¡Lo mejor es que no necesitas horno!


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🧂 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 🥚 1 huevo
  • 🥛 1/2 taza de leche
  • 🌽 1 taza de maicena (fécula de maíz)
  • 🍞 1 taza de harina de trigo
  • ✨ 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
  • 🧈 2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
  • 🧀 1 taza de queso rallado (mozzarella, cheddar, queso fresco, etc.)
  • 🫒 Mantequilla o aceite para engrasar la sartén

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Preparar la mezcla seca:

En un bol grande, mezcla la maicena, la harina de trigo, el polvo de hornear y la sal. Revuelve bien para integrar los ingredientes secos.

2. Incorporar los ingredientes líquidos:

Añade el huevo, la leche y la mantequilla derretida a los ingredientes secos. Mezcla hasta obtener una masa suave y homogénea. Asegúrate de que no queden grumos.

3. Añadir el queso:

Incorpora el queso rallado a la masa y mezcla bien para distribuirlo uniformemente. Esta será la clave para un sabor increíblemente delicioso.

4. Formar el pan:

Divide la masa en porciones pequeñas si deseas hacer panes individuales, o deja toda la masa junta para un pan grande. Forma bolas o aplana ligeramente cada porción para que quepan fácilmente en la sartén.

5. Cocinar en la sartén:

Calienta una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio y engrásala con un poco de mantequilla o aceite. Coloca las porciones de masa en la sartén y cocina durante 3-5 minutos por cada lado, o hasta que estén doradas y cocidas por dentro. 6. Servir:
